As an IT Specialist EFZ Application Development (Start August 2027), you will dive directly into the world of software development with us. It's not just about coding – it's about turning ideas into working solutions and actively collaborating on real projects.
Your 4-year challenge with us:
During your apprenticeship, you will develop software, analyze requirements, and implement solutions step by step. You will work on our digital marketplace “HARTMANN easy” and be part of a team of developers.
Your mission:
Develop features and advance existing applications
Analyze challenges and find creative solutions
Test software (automated & manual)
Document and further develop code
Collaborate with teams from Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Finance
What you need to enter the arena:
Completion of the last year of high school or already completed with good to very good average grades
Good written & verbal communication skills
Flair for numbers and knowledge of foreign languages
Enjoyment of computer work and organizational skills
Reliability, sociability, and enjoyment of teamwork
