Key Account Manager (m/f/d) Healthcare - Senior and Nursing Homes (80-100%)

With professional experience – Wangen-Brüttisellen, Switzerland – Experienced professionals – Hybrid

Emeda is an innovative, modern, and mobile healthcare provider in the medical and pharmaceutical care of patients in senior and nursing facilities, aiming to maintain quality of life and ensure quality care.

Main Responsibilities

• In this role, you will accompany our new clients throughout the onboarding process until the successful integration of the service.

• As the central contact person, you will maintain collaboration with partner institutions and develop these sustainably through regular exchanges.

• You will work closely with home management, nursing staff, and the Emeda medical team to ensure high-quality service.

• By clearly communicating our processes and providing targeted support for organizational questions, you will ensure optimal information flow.

Your Skills and Talents

• A medical/nursing education with business management training or a completed degree, preferably in business administration

• At least 3 years of professional experience in the Swiss healthcare system

• Ideally, knowledge in the field of senior and nursing facilities or medical practices

• Above-average organizational skills

• Confident and customer-oriented thinking, acting, and appearance

• Strong communication skills and empathy in dealing with nursing and management staff
