IT Business Analyst with a focus on Project Management (80-100%, fixed-term)

Do you want to help shape the introduction of a new case management system at the Social Services in a service-oriented manner? Then you are in the right place! We are looking for a committed individual (initially fixed-term for 1 year) to support our IT department, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

• Project lead for specific work packages within the project for the introduction of the new case management system (from tendering to implementation)

• Analysis, documentation, and prioritization of the professional requirements for the case management system as well as development of solution proposals

• Analysis and development of migration requirements

• Analysis and documentation of interface requirements

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Business Informatics or comparable qualification

• Experience in the introduction of large and complex applications, preferably case management systems in social assistance

• Solid knowledge of project management methods (e.g., Hermes), business analysis techniques, and ideally experience in application operations

• Affinity for data and knowledge of MS SQL

• Fluent in German, both spoken and written
