Do you want to help shape the introduction of a new case management system at the Social Services in a service-oriented manner? Then you are in the right place! We are looking for a committed individual (initially fixed-term for 1 year) to support our IT department, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
Project lead for specific work packages within the project for the introduction of the new case management system (from tendering to implementation)
Analysis, documentation, and prioritization of the professional requirements for the case management system as well as development of solution proposals
Analysis and development of migration requirements
Analysis and documentation of interface requirements
Your Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science / Business Informatics or comparable qualification
Experience in the introduction of large and complex applications, preferably case management systems in social assistance
Solid knowledge of project management methods (e.g., Hermes), business analysis techniques, and ideally experience in application operations
Affinity for data and knowledge of MS SQL
Fluent in German, both spoken and written
