skilled and proactive Technical Service Employee 80%-100%

Do maintenance, ventilation techniques, and repairs make your heart race? Are you also service-oriented with a completed craft apprenticeship and a few years of professional experience? Great! Because there is plenty to do with us. Together with the team, you will take care of all technical matters and environmental work throughout the foundation, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The work is distributed over the workdays, and on-call duty is only required for one week a month.

People say that working with us in Horgen is great and fun, not just because of the beautiful lake view. Satisfied employees are important to the foundation, as it also reflects in the work with our residents. Here you can sing while working - preferably with our residents - because that makes everything go better. You will receive chocolate cake on your birthday, your car parks with us for free, or you can use our own bus stop. Additionally, you can participate in numerous internal training sessions.
