Your Contribution

• Advise and support managers and employees on HR issues

• Address concerns from various professional groups and areas of activity, clarifying complex personnel situations in a comprehensible, fair, and solution-oriented manner

• Conduct recruitment processes and advise managers on personnel planning, replacement hiring, and succession issues

• Provide professional advice to managers on job evaluations, job descriptions, evaluation requests, and salary and remuneration topics

• Carefully manage absences, case management cases, departures, and retirements

• Purposefully develop employees and managers and proactively shape changes and HR processes

What Makes You Unique

• HR-specific education at a higher vocational level; HR specialist certificate or equivalent further training is an advantage

• Several years of experience in a generalist HR function or in a comparable consulting role

• Knowledge of employment law, recruitment, personnel development, job evaluation, and case management

• Enjoy engaging with people on an equal footing and adapting to different counterparts

• Ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and appropriately to the counterpart, both orally and in writing

• Good active knowledge of two official languages in spoken and written form; passive knowledge of a third official language is an advantage
