Your area of impact – diverse and dynamic
You lead the motivated teams in the Human Resources and Secretariat departments, comprising a total of four employees.
As a competent contact person, you advise and support management, executives, and employees on all personnel-related issues.
You ensure a professional HR life cycle and are responsible for personnel administration and timely payroll processing.
You competently advise and support management and executives on labor law issues and assist them in developing sustainable solutions.
You actively drive the continuous development of HR processes and contribute to strategic HR topics.
