Your tasks:
As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will implement applied research and development projects in the field of traffic and behavioral psychology as well as sustainability in collaboration with research and practice partners. You will work in a diverse and international environment. The position is temporary. If interested, there are funding models and thus opportunities for the implementation of a doctoral project.
Your tasks include:
Independent handling of projects and leading sub-projects within the framework of application-oriented research & development
Writing scientific publications in German and English
Assisting in the delivery of German and English language courses in the Bachelor and Master of Science in Applied Psychology
Active participation in team, institute, and university development
Your profile:
Master's degree in Psychology, ideally in Social Psychology, Behavioral Psychology, or Business Psychology
High competencies in qualitative research methods (e.g., designing, conducting, and analyzing interviews and focus groups)
High competencies in quantitative research methods (e.g., surveys and experiments)
Basic knowledge or willingness to learn R or other statistical programs
Several years of professional experience (after apprenticeship or studies)
Practical experience in project management
Language skills (German: native or C2, English: C1, fluent in spoken and written)
