Your tasks

• Plan, coordinate, and control specialized cleanings

• Lead, onboard, and develop employees

• Create offers, orders, and invoices

• Manage customer relations and acquire new orders

• Ensure quality, deadlines, and occupational safety

• Keep track of materials, machines, storage, and deployment planning

• Work closely with management and the object management of maintenance cleaning

You bring

• Experience in specialized cleaning and leadership

• Organizational talent, technical understanding, and flair for numbers

• An independent, solution-oriented working style

• Good IT skills, especially in Excel

• Driving license category B

• Willingness for early deployments and occasional Saturday work
