Your tasks
You will care for, nurture, and support premature and newborn infants (Level 3) in acute to critically unstable health conditions – always with a patient-oriented focus and a lot of empathy.
You will accompany parents and families during the often long hospital stay with empathy, expertise, and open communication.
You will take over the initial care of newborns in the University Women's Hospital, bringing your expertise and calmness in critical moments.
Your profile
You have a diploma as a nursing professional HF/FH or a completed postgraduate diploma (ÜWP) in neonatology or the willingness to complete it.
You have experience in the care of premature and newborn infants.
You enjoy caring for children and their relatives in a family-centered, development-promoting manner.
You possess a high level of professional and social competence.
You are an independent, responsible, and resilient personality.
You are an engaged personality who embodies team spirit and actively strengthens interprofessional collaboration.
