Nursing Professionals Co-Leadership Group Stay

The temporary assignments of 2 or 3 weeks take place between March and October at various locations in Switzerland.

Your tasks include:

• Main responsibility for care with co-leadership for a maximum of 10 guests affected by MS

• Support and leadership of a maximum of 17 volunteers

• Planning and organizing excursions and activities

You bring:

• Completed training in nursing (FH/HF/ANP), with professional experience preferably in the outpatient sector (e.g., Spitex)

• High psychological and physical resilience

• Leadership and organizational skills for collaboration with a team of volunteers

• Enjoyment in dealing with people

• Empathetic, appreciative, and professional attitude towards individuals affected by MS and their relatives

• Confident appearance, solution-oriented communication
