GHG Rosenberg is one of them; a modern center in St. Gallen that combines nursing and elderly care home, dementia living group, and special residential home under one roof. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged

Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF (50 – 100 %)

Your tasks

• You take over case management and coordinate collaboration with relatives as well as internal and external professionals.

• As a key person, you accompany our residents individually and holistically.

• You plan, coordinate, and evaluate the care process and ensure high care quality.

• Together with the activation team, you design the daily structure and leisure activities.

• You support the training of apprentices and students on the ward.

• You contribute ideas and actively participate in the further development of our care and collaboration.

• You work in early, mid, or late shifts – thanks to our concept with permanent night shifts without night duties.

You bring

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland.

• Joy in working in specialized long-term care.

• Experience in long-term care is an advantage.

• Knowledge in a psychiatric environment is welcome but not a requirement.

• Motivation to learn new areas of expertise and continuously develop yourself.

• Responsible, independent, and reliable working style.

• Empathy, team spirit, and a respectful attitude towards residents and staff.

• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
