Financial Accountant (60%)
As a Financial Accountant, you, together with the finance team, are responsible for the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR/IFRS and ensure that our financial data is processed reliably, completely, and on time. You maintain the general ledgers, monitor and reconcile accounts, and are responsible for the booking and reconciliation of provisions and accruals. In addition, you will manage accounts receivable together with another team member, including credit management and dunning. The quarterly VAT returns and the annual sales tax reconciliation complete your task profile. With your expertise, you actively contribute to finance-specific issues and help continuously optimize our processes.
Competencies:
Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting (e.g., Federal Certificate of Competence in Finance and Accounting)
Experience in independently managing financial accounting as well as in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (balance sheet secure)
Solid knowledge in the general ledger as well as in accounts receivable and accounts payable management, ideally supplemented by experience in VAT issues
Analytical thinking, high self-motivation, strong quality awareness, and a structured and reliable working method
Experience in SAP FI as well as very good user knowledge in Excel and enjoyment of teamwork
