Then you are a perfect fit for us! As a dedicated individual, you will lead one of our four real estate accounting teams and work together with a motivated team to ensure smooth processes and the highest service quality.

Your area of responsibility

• Professional and personnel leadership of the team as well as ensuring high service quality

• Preparation and control of quarterly, annual, and interim accounts as well as related reporting

• Accounting processing for property takeovers, sales, and purchases

• Handling of debt collection, bankruptcies, court submissions, and lease terminations due to payment delays

• Support in the team with dunning, condominium ownership, and final settlements / deposit dissolutions

• Maintenance of master data and monitoring of mandates & owners

• Contact person for owners & employees in all accounting matters

• Active participation in projects

What you bring

• Commercial training with several years of experience in real estate accounting

• Strong affinity for numbers and confident handling of MS Office and ideally GARAIO REM

• Leadership talent with high social competence and team spirit

• Independent, structured working style – and calm even in hectic times

• Enjoy taking responsibility and actively shaping things
