Construction Manager: Garden Maintenance / Co-Management Garden (100%)

Our current Garden Maintenance Manager is retiring. We are planning a careful handover, in which you will gradually grow into your new role. You will be part of the co-management of the garden area, together with the Construction Manager. This means: taking responsibility, shaping, co-designing – but as part of a team.

We are looking for a personality who is proactive, thinks ahead, and acts entrepreneurially. Someone who knows the business and enjoys actively developing structures, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Your tasks

• Active design and further development of the garden area

• Independent management and organization of garden maintenance projects

• Care and advice for our existing customers, acquisition of new customers

• Calculation, quotation preparation, and billing of orders

• Staff, machinery, and material deployment planning

• Leadership and development of employees

• Ensuring economical, high-quality, and timely execution

• Technical responsibility for the industry software in the garden area

Your profile

• Training in horticulture and landscaping with appropriate further education (e.g., senior gardener, master gardener, technician HF or comparable)

• Experience as a construction manager or in a comparable leadership role

• Enjoyment of customer contact, organization, and responsibility

• Entrepreneurial thinking and economic understanding

• Independent, reliable, and structured working style

• Proficient in common office applications

• Driving license category B
