The Sulser Logistics Solutions AG, a subsidiary of the Sulser Group, based in Brunegg, operates nationally and internationally in the fields of warehousing and transport logistics as well as with innovative logistics services. As a provider of customized solutions along the entire value chain of its customers, the company is firmly established in the national and international market.

For the overall management of our company, we are looking for a strong leader with a sales orientation and project experience as:

Managing Director 100% (m/f/d)

Your main activities:

• Personnel, organizational, and technical management of the company with approximately 20 employees at two locations – Brunegg AG and Mettmenstetten ZH

• Active customer acquisition, sales, and consulting in the field including cross-selling

• Acquisition and support of strategic partners and customers including image promotion

• Management of strategic projects to develop new business areas as well as market introduction of new services and further development of the location network

• Budgeting, measures, and action planning to achieve corporate goals

• Ensuring order processing, quality assurance, and full utilization of the locations

• Evaluation of further strategic locations and growth options

Your profile

• Solid leadership and sales skills with several years of experience in similar roles

• Strong abilities in customer acquisition with proven successes

• In-depth knowledge of the logistics industry with a viable network

• You recognize market opportunities, act independently, and think in results

• Relevant university degree
