Customer Service Expert Construction Machinery (m/f) / 80 - 100% in Volketswil ZH

Your tasks with us

• Second Level Support for our workshops

• Responsibility for warranty processing

• Independent calculation of special constructions (variants) on our construction machinery

• Close collaboration with our internal sales department in developing customer-specific solutions

• Obtaining offers from our suppliers

• Creating and updating technical documentation

• Regular exchange with our 13 locations across Switzerland (FR-CH and DE-CH) as well as with the group in Germany and Austria

What you bring

• Completed training as a construction machinery, agricultural machinery, truck, or small equipment mechanic

• Several years of experience in the construction machinery industry

• Further training as a workshop manager, diagnostic technician, or in the commercial field

• Strong service orientation and very good organizational skills

• Team player, resilient, and responsible

• Good MS Office and SAP knowledge

• Very good German skills (spoken and written)

• Additional languages in French, Italian, or English are an advantage
