Your main tasks

• Independent processing and management of projects in the areas of building physics, building acoustics, energy, and sustainability

• Consultation for clients, architectural firms, specialist planners, and other project participants on building physics and acoustic issues

• Developing solutions and designs in the fields of acoustics, building physics, energy, and sustainability in construction

• Creating reports, energy and sound protection certificates, and noise assessments

• Conducting, evaluating, and assessing sound and climate measurements

• Controlling execution details and accompanying implementation on the construction site

What you bring

• Technical training or degree in construction (e.g., engineering, architecture, environmental sciences, energy consulting)

• Interest in building physics, acoustics, and energy

• Initial experience in one or more of these fields

• Technical understanding & analytical thinking ability

• Interest in interdisciplinary issues

• Professional and straightforward interaction with clients and within the team

• Initiative, sense of responsibility & implementation strength
