The Department of Aging and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services primarily for older people through Spitex and in the five senior centers. For the Spitex City of Winterthur, we are looking for a dedicated individual starting August 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your Tasks
Ensuring quality assurance and implementing or executing evidence-based expertise and concepts for quality development
Analyzing complex care and nursing situations
Ensuring the nursing process for our clients (with case responsibility)
Deputizing for the team leader in their absence
Participating in working groups or projects
Your Profile
Degree as a certified nursing specialist HF / FH and at least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in Spitex
Additional training (e.g., Palliative Care) desirable
Proficient in using IT programs (MS Office, possibly RAI-HC)
Mobile by bicycle and in possession of a driver's license
