Your Tasks
Independent management and marketing of commercial real estate spaces on behalf of national and international clients
Conceptualization and development of marketing strategies as well as creation of property documentation
Conducting and preparing market and location analyses
Identification and definition of suitable target groups as well as potential tenants
Ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire marketing process
Your Profile
Professional experience in the marketing of commercially used real estate spaces
Completed training and/or further education in the real estate sector
Excellent communication skills in German and ideally good English skills
Experience in managing and advising demanding clients as well as a professional appearance
