Our modern vehicle fleet consists of around 110 heavy commercial vehicles – mainly from the brands Scania and Mercedes-Benz. To complement our dispatch team in Hinwil, we are looking for a committed, resilient, and reliable individual with organizational talent.
Your Responsibilities
Planning, controlling, and monitoring daily transport orders
Efficient dispatching of our vehicle fleet and drivers
Ensuring optimal utilization of vehicles and resources
Close collaboration with customers, drivers, plants, and internal departments
Coordination of schedule changes and short-term dispatching
Monitoring compliance with legal requirements as well as working and rest times
Administrative tasks related to transport planning
Continuous optimization of route and deployment planning
What You Bring
Completed training in the commercial, technical, or logistics field
Experience in transport dispatching or a comparable role is an advantage
Organizational talent as well as networked and economic thinking
Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
Good geographical knowledge of Switzerland
Good MS Office skills; experience with dispatch software is an advantage
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
