... have a completed higher education in business administration, health economics, business informatics, or a comparable field.

... bring several years of leadership experience as well as solid know-how in business analysis, process harmonization, and project management from the health insurance or healthcare sector.

... have a pronounced understanding of digital developments and their potentials.

... think strategically, act entrepreneurially, and drive changes purposefully.

... convince with your open, communicative personality and inspire your network for common goals.

... communicate confidently in German, can converse in French, and have good English skills.
