In this key role, you will take overall responsibility for the German-speaking Switzerland, lead a significant business unit, and actively shape the strategic development of the company.
Your challenges
Overall responsibility for the Business Unit German-speaking Switzerland with leadership, results, and budget responsibility
Leadership and further development of executives, project managers, and employees
Management of a demanding portfolio of major projects and strategic customer mandates
Leading important negotiations as well as construction and project meetings with clients and partners
Co-designing innovations, new solutions, and the strategic development of the business area
Actively shaping the corporate strategy as a member of the management team
Your profile
Higher technical education (FH, ETH or comparable)
Experience in managing complex infrastructure, railway, energy, or construction projects
Leadership experience or potential for the next career step
Entrepreneurial thinking and strong customer orientation
Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
Ambitious personality with the desire to take responsibility and make an impact
