Head of Business Unit German-speaking Switzerland (m/f/d) 100%

In this key role, you will take overall responsibility for the German-speaking Switzerland, lead a significant business unit, and actively shape the strategic development of the company.

Your challenges

• Overall responsibility for the Business Unit German-speaking Switzerland with leadership, results, and budget responsibility

• Leadership and further development of executives, project managers, and employees

• Management of a demanding portfolio of major projects and strategic customer mandates

• Leading important negotiations as well as construction and project meetings with clients and partners

• Co-designing innovations, new solutions, and the strategic development of the business area

• Actively shaping the corporate strategy as a member of the management team

Your profile

• Higher technical education (FH, ETH or comparable)

• Experience in managing complex infrastructure, railway, energy, or construction projects

• Leadership experience or potential for the next career step

• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong customer orientation

• Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage

• Ambitious personality with the desire to take responsibility and make an impact
