In this versatile role, you will ensure that our demanding railway projects are optimally prepared, coordinated, and successfully implemented on site. You will be the central hub between project management, assembly, clients, and other project stakeholders.
Your challenges
Planning, organizing, and coordinating demanding railway projects
Responsibility for project costs, quality, deadlines, and compliance with safety regulations
Supporting project management in work preparation and site organization
Close collaboration with lead assemblers, project managers, and clients
Leading and managing railway projects (from offer to acceptance)
Contributing to offer calculations and the order process
Optimizing processes, workflows, and assembly concepts
Your profile
Technical basic training, ideally in the overhead line, railway, or infrastructure sector
Experience as a lead assembler, construction manager, or site manager is an advantage
Organizational talent with a structured and solution-oriented working style
Enjoyment in collaborating with various stakeholders
Negotiation skills and a confident and convincing demeanor
Very good German language skills and willingness to accompany projects on-site
