Since April 1, 2026, Sanadura has been the sponsor of the Promulins Senior Center in Samedan and the Du Lac in St. Moritz, as well as the Spitex Oberengadin. Together, we are building an organization where good care, clear structures, and a respectful approach are at the center.
For our teams in the senior centers, we are looking for dedicated nursing staff for the night shift who want to work independently, take responsibility, and ensure a high quality of care at night with their working methods.
Your Tasks
You ensure that our residents are optimally cared for at night. This includes:
Holistic care and support of our residents during the night
Implementation and documentation of care services as well as safe medication administration
Independent assumption of responsibility in the care process
Recognizing acute changes and acting safely in emergency situations
Accompanying residents in palliative situations
Structured handovers to the day shift and collaboration in the interdisciplinary team
Ensuring high quality of care
What You Bring
You have a qualification as a certified nursing specialist HF/FH or health professional EFZ and enjoy working with older people.
Responsibility and team spirit are part of your personality. You like to work independently, keep an overview even at night, and act safely and calmly in both quiet and demanding situations. You are willing to work regular night shifts. Additionally, you can communicate confidently in German in everyday work.
