Since April 1, 2026, Sanadura has been the sponsor of the retirement homes Promulins in Samedan and Du Lac in St. Moritz as well as Spitex Oberengadin. Together, we are building an organization where good care, clear structures, and a respectful approach are at the center.
For our teams in the retirement homes, we are looking for dedicated staff in nursing for the night shift who want to work independently, take responsibility, and ensure a high quality of care at night with their working methods.
Your Tasks
You ensure that our residents are optimally cared for even at night. This includes:
Holistic care and support of our residents during the night
Execution and documentation of nursing services as well as safe medication administration
Independent assumption of responsibility in the nursing process
Recognizing acute changes and acting safely in emergency situations
Accompanying residents in palliative situations
Structured handovers to the day shift and collaboration in the interprofessional team
Ensuring high quality of care
What You Bring
You have training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or health professional EFZ and enjoy working with older people.
Responsibility and team spirit are part of your personality. You like to work independently, keep an overview even at night, and act safely and calmly in both quiet and demanding situations. You are willing to work regular night shifts. Additionally, you can communicate confidently in German in your daily work.
