Your tasks – here you can unleash your potential

• Support that enables development:
  You accompany learners (FaGe, AGS, and HF students) with expertise and enthusiasm through their training day. You promote their strengths, challenge them in their development, and create a learning space where they can grow – professionally and on equal terms.

• Learning processes that show impact:
  You design individual learning processes in daily nursing practice and ensure that theory and practice are meaningfully linked. With your pedagogical intuition, you make learning tangible, understandable, and sustainable.

• Conversations that provide orientation:
  You plan and conduct training discussions, assessments, and qualifications with clarity and appreciation. Learning documentation is not a mandatory program for you, but a tool to make development visible.

• Vocational education that evolves:
  You actively participate in educational and development projects and help shape our training quality. You think along, ahead, and further – practical and future-oriented.

• Collaboration that supports:
  You work closely with nursing professionals, team leaders, the interprofessional environment, and external educational partners. You confidently and constructively represent the concerns of vocational education within the organization.

• Practical relevance that remains credible:
  With a defined share of direct nursing work, you stay close to practice and at the pulse of the profession – because good training requires professional currency and lived experience.

What you bring - this is how you fit perfectly with us

• Substantial professional foundation:
  You have completed training as a qualified health professional (EFZ) or hold the professional certificate as a long-term care and support specialist, as well as at least two years of professional experience. The vocational trainer course is a prerequisite for this position.
