Your sound world:
In this responsible position, you will take on a central role in finance and accounting and actively contribute to the further development of our financial processes.
Responsibility for the booking and reconciliation of postal, bank, and intercompany transactions
Ensuring correct and timely VAT reporting
Professional responsibility for the sub-ledgers of accounts receivable and payable, including reconciliations and continuous optimization of processes
Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as well as annual reports for our three companies
Preparation and support of external audits for four companies
Responsibility for the internal control system (ICS) and compliance with finance-related guidelines
Close collaboration with the CFO and controlling on reporting, analysis, budgeting processes, and cross-departmental projects
Active participation in the digitization and further development of the finance area as well as optimization of payment transactions, quality management, and financial processes

Your tools:
Commercial basic training with further education as a finance and accounting specialist with federal diploma or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting with closing security
Solid knowledge in the areas of banking, VAT, accounts receivable management, and general ledger
Experience in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple companies
Enjoy taking on professional responsibility and actively developing processes
High IT affinity and very good knowledge of Abacus, Microsoft 365, and especially Excel
Fluent in German; knowledge of French and/or English is an advantage
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a strong quality awareness
