Your tasks:
Overall responsibility for 15 employees
Expansion of internal know-how and ensuring knowledge transfer
Strategic further development of the department to ensure future growth, high productivity, and established product quality
Further development and optimization of processes and production lines
Implementation of defined corporate and market performance processes
Planning and budgeting of infrastructure as well as ensuring economical use of personnel, machines, and materials
Enforcement of work instructions, occupational health/environmental protection, and safety regulations
We expect:
Training and further education in the chemical industry and business administration
Preferred: higher education in chemical engineering or process engineering
Professional experience in a similar position
