Your tasks:
Supervision of renovation and new construction projects as well as the maintenance of municipal utilities and civil engineering facilities (water, wastewater, roads, waste, water bodies)
Preparation of applications and representation of matters in the authorities
Budget preparation and cost control
Management and execution of smaller projects
Deputy of the Head of Construction & Planning in their absence
What we expect from you:
Completed training in the construction industry, preferably civil engineering (construction manager, site manager, technician, engineer) or equivalent
Leadership experience and preferably professional experience in a public administration
Very good ICT user skills (MS Office, CMI, Abacus is an advantage)
Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as high customer and service orientation
Confident written and oral expression
Assertiveness, resilience, and an independent, solution-oriented working style; the ability to set priorities correctly and maintain an overview even in demanding situations
