The Schürmatt Foundation is a competence center for unique special educational services in the canton of Aargau. We employ around 440 employees at 13 locations. They are mainly involved in the education, support, and care of people with disabilities.

We are looking for you immediately or by arrangement at the Zetzwil location as a competent personality in the staff unit

Communication + Marketing
Workload 60 - 90 %, limited for 6 months, possibly with the option for extension

Your main tasks

• Together with the team, you will design all internal and external communication as well as marketing measures, from implementation to further development and evaluation

• You will help us raise public awareness about people with disabilities, increase our visibility, and generate donations

• You will be responsible for the content on the website and further develop it to ensure a modern and customer-oriented online presence for the Schürmatt Foundation

• You will write PR texts, blog posts, and the annual report

• You will organize, coordinate, and realize internal and external events

• You will create and design advertising materials, printed matter, and sponsorship documentation

What you bring

• You have completed training in the field of communication/marketing, at the level of a higher technical school (HF) or university of applied sciences (FH)

• You have a confident command of German and good written expression

• You bring professional experience and initiative, are creative, and are eager to apply your diverse skills

• You work in a structured, analytical, and innovative manner

• You are communicative and used to working independently and flexibly

• You have a high affinity for IT and good knowledge of Adobe InDesign, CMS (Weblication), Microsoft Office 365

• You have an affinity for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
