• As the Managing Director, you are responsible for the operational management of the company and represent NSNW to our employees, clients, suppliers, and partners.

• Together with your management team, you define the annual goals and implement the budget and strategic guidelines set by the Board of Directors.

• You enjoy interacting with our clients, as well as collaborating with the owners and the Board of Directors.

• You are committed within the Association of Regional Units (VGE) and take on responsibilities and tasks.

• You advocate for process optimization and continuous improvements – always in collaboration with your team.

• You are responsible for the integral safety of NSNW.

You can do this and you are like this

• You bring experience in business or departmental management with budget and personnel responsibility and have already worked in at least one position in the asset management of infrastructure facilities.

• You have a university or technical college degree, preferably in a technical field (e.g., electrical or construction), as well as further training in business administration.

• A (leadership) role or experience in a municipality, army, civil protection, or fire department makes you even more valuable to us.

• You enjoy making decisions and implementing them assertively.

• You remain cool even in hectic situations, respond thoughtfully, and speak before you write.

• As a "role model at eye level," you win people over for collaboration while being appreciative and reliable.

• Additionally, you are sustainability-oriented with a strong safety awareness, enjoy modern information and communication technology, and if you also speak French, that would be fantastic.
