Responsibilities

• You take over the marketing of properties in the Zurich economic area and develop suitable marketing concepts for this purpose.

• As a contact person, you competently accompany property owners, potential buyers, investors, and first-time tenants through the entire sales or rental process.

• You determine the market value of residential properties and create well-founded price recommendations.

• You maintain existing customer relationships, continuously expand your network, and acquire new marketing mandates.

• You independently manage sales and rental processes – from the first viewing through negotiations to contract signing and handover of the property.

Requirements

• You have several years of professional experience in the real estate industry and bring solid expertise.

• The sale of homes and condominiums is part of your daily work, and you accompany these processes confidently and competently.

• With your convincing demeanor and strong communication skills, you build trusting relationships.

• You work goal-oriented, act independently, and pursue your projects with commitment until successful completion.

• A high degree of flexibility and the willingness to adapt to the requirements in terms of time and location characterize you.

• You have successfully completed further training as a real estate marketer.
