... manage the subsidiary ledgers (accounts payable, invoicing, accounts receivable including dunning and collection) in Abacus.
... process payment transactions and ensure proactive liquidity management.
... assist in preparing interim and annual financial statements according to OR.
... partially take over the administration of our online shop and contribute to ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
Your Profile | You…
... have a commercial education and ideally further training in accounting (e.g., accounting clerk) as well as initial practical experience in this area.
... work confidently with Excel; basic knowledge of Abacus is a plus.
... communicate confidently in German; French skills at B1 level (written/oral) are an advantage.
... are characterized by a careful, independent, and reliable working style.
... are a team-oriented and committed personality with quick comprehension.
