... develop data-driven negotiation strategies in the area of outpatient rates.

... create well-founded strategy papers, analyses, and reports as a basis for decisions and negotiations.

... work out tariff-related fundamentals and further develop pricing and quantity models.

... support the negotiation management with data-driven lines of argument and decision-relevant evaluations.

... convince with a communicative, proactive, and team-oriented personality as well as a confident demeanor.

... work independently, efficiently, and goal-oriented, bringing a high level of personal responsibility.

... think analytically and conceptually and quickly and precisely recognize connections.

... have a pronounced flair for numbers, data, and statistical evaluations.

... bring experience in the Swiss healthcare system and ideally know tariff systems such as TARMED, TARDOC/outpatient flat rates, physiotherapy, LOA, and REKOLE.

... communicate confidently in German; knowledge of French is an advantage.

... have a higher education (FH/University) in economics or a comparable field.
