Building on the expertise and experience of the previous companies santésuisse, SVK, SASIS AG, and tarifsuisse ag, a modern and customer-oriented company with a clear strategic focus is being established.

For the area of Rates and Services, we are looking for a committed individual as Negotiation Leader 80% starting immediately or by agreement.

Your Mission | You…

... lead and accompany rate negotiations with service providers in the inpatient and outpatient sectors.

... create well-founded negotiation bases including analysis and evaluation of the calculation bases.

... calculate rates and conduct operational comparisons.

... document ongoing negotiations and prepare relevant documents for commissions and decision-making bodies.

... draft tariff contracts after successful negotiations.

... write applications and statements for cantonal assessment procedures.

... maintain and develop your network with insurers, service providers, and authorities.

Your Profile | You…

... have a higher education (FH/University) in business administration, law, or a comparable field and/or bring several years of professional experience with a business focus.

... ideally have already gained experience in a comparable role or in the Swiss healthcare system and are interested in the interconnections of the industry.

... have a flair for numbers and convince with analytical thinking as well as a structured and precise working style.

... move confidently with your presence and communication skills in exchanges with different stakeholders.

... communicate confidently in German; knowledge of French is a plus.
