Your Mission | You…

... are responsible for the functionalities of our collaboration tools and their integration into the application landscape.

... create, configure, and optimize Jira projects, workflows, service management solutions, and automations according to the requirements of the departments.

... administer and configure other collaboration tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Teams.

... manage the integration of the tools into our IAM and the permission structures.

... optimize our collaboration platforms and contribute to the efficiency of business processes.

Your Profile | You…

... have completed a technical education, e.g., in media technology, computer science (EFZ, HF, or comparable) and have relevant professional experience.

... are familiar with the parameterization and configuration of comparable tools.

... are technically savvy and have no qualms about working with JavaScript, Groovy, HTML, CSS, etc.

... approach tasks proactively, structured, and solution-oriented, and contribute to successful teamwork with your cooperative nature.

... communicate confidently in German; English is a plus.
