We are looking for you as

Sales Order Processing & Export Clerk 80-100%
Location: Sins | Start date: by arrangement

What are your tasks?

• Independent order processing from A to Z (quotation, order confirmation, scheduling, and invoicing) for international customers

• Preparation of offers, price calculations, as well as handling documentary collections and letters of credit

• Planning and coordination of international transports (Europe, overseas, and cross-trade) including export documentation

• Processing and responding to commercial and technical customer inquiries as well as technical sales support

• Responsibility for sales administration including returns, complaints, payment monitoring, as well as credit and dunning processes

• Support in fiscal clarifications and questions in international foreign trade

• Organization of sample deliveries as well as conducting inventory evaluations and stock controls

What do you bring?

• Completed commercial or technical basic training, ideally with further education in foreign trade, export, or a comparable field

• At least three years of professional experience in internal sales or customer service of an industrial company, including independent order processing from A to Z

• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

• Good MS Office skills and ideally experience with SAP and Salesforce

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a high customer orientation

• Organizational talent, resilience, and enjoyment of collaboration in an international environment

• Willingness for occasional travel (up to approx. 5%) for customer visits or trade fairs
