The Aging and Care department of the city of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services primarily for older people through Spitex and in five senior centers. We are looking for a committed individual for Spitex Stadt Winterthur starting from August 1, 2026, or by arrangement.
Your Responsibilities
Ensuring quality assurance and implementing or applying evidence-based expertise and concepts for quality development
Analyzing complex care and nursing situations
Ensuring the nursing process for our clients (with case responsibility)
Deputizing for the team leader in their absence
Participating in working groups or projects
Your Profile
Degree as a certified nursing professional HF/FH and at least 3 years of professional experience, preferably with Spitex
Additional training (e.g., Palliative Care) is desirable
Proficient in using IT programs (MS Office, possibly RAI-HC)
Mobile by bicycle and in possession of a driving license
