Your tasks – here you can unleash your potential

As the “Head of Nursing & Resource Management”, you combine two central areas of responsibility: On the one hand, you lead, empower, and support the team leaders in their daily leadership tasks and advise them in challenging situations. On the other hand, you proactively and diligently manage the entire resource management. You monitor the staffing plan, are responsible for economically efficient personnel deployment planning, and ensure that the available personnel resources are optimally utilized.

Together with the second head of nursing, you will develop the nursing area in a future-oriented manner and work closely with the head of nursing & care. Through your close collaboration, you complement each other professionally, drive joint developments forward, and create the foundation for high-quality and economically successful care.
