We are looking for reinforcement for the Collective Accommodations team, which supports around 350 people at 3 locations, starting immediately or by agreement. Perhaps you will soon take on this responsible task:

Your Tasks

• Active participation in the daily operations of the collective accommodation and support of clients, ensuring an orderly and safe operation

• Initiation and accompaniment of everyday and resource-oriented offers (e.g., leisure, educational, and participation offers) in the sense of socio-cultural animation

• Further development of concepts in the areas of care, participation, and coexistence

• Professional support and coordination of the care team in collaboration with the team leadership

• Collaboration and networking with municipal authorities, external partners, and the neighborhood to promote social integration

Your Profile

• Completed training in socio-cultural animation, social work, social pedagogy, or as a migration specialist (or comparable qualification)

• Experience working with people in emergency situations, ideally in the asylum and/or migration sector, with a high presence in the daily lives of clients

• Professional with a pronounced hands-on mentality, who enjoys practical and direct work with people and sees administrative tasks as a supportive part, not as the focus of the activity

• Several years of experience in professional leadership, support, and coordination of employees, ideally in the social or migration sector

• Resilient, flexible, and proactive personality, with confident German and very good English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
