Since April 1, 2026, Sanadura is the new organization for the aging centers Promulins in Samedan and Du Lac in St. Moritz as well as for Spitex Oberengadin. Together, we are building an organization where good care, clear structures, and a respectful approach are at the center.
For our internal care pool, we are looking for dedicated professionals (Dipl. Nursing Specialists HF or FaGe) who want to work flexibly and independently. In the care pool, you work without a fixed workload on an hourly wage. You decide for each individual assignment whether it suits you or not.
Your tasks
You take responsibility for the care and support of our residents and work closely with the interprofessional team.
Holistic care and support of our residents
Planning, implementation, and documentation of care services
Taking responsibility in the care process
Support in medical-nursing measures
Collaboration with doctors and therapies
Contributing to high care quality in everyday life
What you bring
Training as a dipl. nursing specialist HF/FH or health professional EFZ and joy in working with older people. Sense of responsibility and team spirit as well as good German language skills in everyday work.
