The Swiss Leadership Academy AG is a newly founded company of the Sulser Group, specializing in the development and implementation of practical leadership courses for management levels. In close collaboration with the established Swiss Logistics Academy AG, we create synergies in the field of adult education and build a unique competence center for leadership courses at the lower and middle management levels across Switzerland.

Your Challenge

• Further development, leadership, and positioning of the Swiss Leadership Academy in Switzerland

• Development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies

• Active customer acquisition including cold calling and building a sustainable network

• Representation of the company to customers and partners including cross-selling activities

• Responsibility for budget and target achievement with reporting to the CEO of the Sulser Group

• Market and trend analyses in the field of leadership training

• Personnel management of the school director
