Construction Manager for Civil Engineering (m/f/d) 70 – 100%
Your tasks
Responsibility for the realization of civil engineering structures and load-bearing structures of all kinds
Accompanying projects from tendering to handover
Coordination of construction site processes, schedules, and resources
Monitoring of quality, costs, and occupational safety
Construction management in the area of new construction and maintenance of civil engineering structures such as bridges, underpasses, open-pit tunnels, and retaining walls
Ensuring a smooth construction process on site
You bring the following
Several years of experience in accompanying and realizing load-bearing structures
Qualification as a construction manager, technician, or civil engineer
Enthusiasm for civil engineering structures and load-bearing structures of all kinds
Independent, responsible, and structured working style as well as high initiative
Strong communication skills, team spirit, and assertiveness
Proficient use of common software tools in construction
