Construction Manager for Civil Engineering (m/f/d) 70 – 100%

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the realization of civil engineering structures and load-bearing structures of all kinds

• Accompanying projects from tendering to handover

• Coordination of construction site processes, schedules, and resources

• Monitoring of quality, costs, and occupational safety

• Construction management in the area of new construction and maintenance of civil engineering structures such as bridges, underpasses, open-pit tunnels, and retaining walls

• Ensuring a smooth construction process on site

You bring the following

• Several years of experience in accompanying and realizing load-bearing structures

• Qualification as a construction manager, technician, or civil engineer

• Enthusiasm for civil engineering structures and load-bearing structures of all kinds

• Independent, responsible, and structured working style as well as high initiative

• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and assertiveness

• Proficient use of common software tools in construction
