Team Leader Certification / CVE

The area of responsibility includes the following tasks:

• Leading a team of 5-10 employees within the certification department

• Responsibility for all certification work in the specialist area

• Work, resource, and capacity planning

• Supervising external employees and suppliers

• Interface to customers and authorities in the responsible area of tasks

• Creating offers to support Engineering and Program Management

• Continuous improvement in the specialist area and in the Office of Airworthiness

• Training and onboarding of employees

The ideal qualifications are:

• Completed technical degree

• Proven leadership experience and leadership skills

• Professional experience in the aviation and certification field is an advantage

• Knowledge of standards and regulations – ideally aviation

• Strong social competence – extroverted personality

• Very good MS Office user skills

• Fluent in German and English
