Leading and steering the innovative participation process of the Vivazzo Foundation
Training, advising, coaching, and supporting the service leaders and professionals regarding participation processes
Co-developing and further developing participation-oriented offerings
Contact person for clients and professionals for questions regarding participation in everyday life
Leading professional and client committees, accompanying experience groups, coordinating the Vivazzo Ethics Forum

Completed training (HF/FH) in social pedagogy, social work, or psychiatric nursing with at least 3 years of practical professional experience
Practical experience in participation-oriented work with clients
Willingness and ability to take responsibility, act flexibly and situationally
Positive personality, humor, and ability to accept criticism
