Your contribution

• Manage the Federal Office of Topography swisstopo as a member of the executive board in collaboration with the director, both operationally and strategically, particularly leading the joint tasks of official surveying and cadastre of public law property restrictions as well as the geodetic national surveying of Switzerland

• Lead the surveying department in strategic, organizational, technical, financial, and personnel aspects

• Responsible for the overall management and supervision of official surveying and the cadastre of public law property restrictions as well as strategic leadership of these joint tasks

• Take responsibility for the processes of Geodetic National Surveying, Geodetic Fundamentals and Positioning, and Innovation and Product Management

What makes you unique

• Dipl. Surveying or Geomatics Engineer ETH or equivalent education with scientific knowledge and extensive experience in the fields of official surveying and geodesy. Registered engineer surveyor with entry in the surveyor register

• Several years of diverse and demonstrably successful professional and leadership experience, particularly in official surveying. Leadership experience in an executive board is an advantage.

• Good knowledge and experience in modern administrative management and affinity for geoinformation

• Motivating, communicative, and resilient leadership personality with strong social skills and negotiation skills

• Active knowledge of a second official language and passive knowledge of a third official language as well as active English skills
