Claims Processing Personal Injury KTG/UVG, 80 – 100% (m/f/d)

You will be the competent contact person for our clients in case of a claim. You will independently take on exciting and diverse tasks, making an important contribution to our high service quality.

Your Tasks

• Independent processing of claims in the area of personal insurance (UVG, individual accident and daily sickness benefits insurance)

• Responsible for all activities of case processing from the receipt of the claim notification to the settlement of the claim

• Advising and supporting insured persons as well as monitoring medical treatment

• Legal assessment of coverage and recourse issues, issuing of decisions

• Settlement of claims

• Contact person for clients and brokers in German and French

• Contacts with lawyers, doctors, and experts in German and French

Your Skills

• Commercial basic training EFZ

• Professional experience in the field of personal insurance

• Initiative and dynamic personality with quick comprehension and networked thinking

• High service readiness and customer orientation

• Communication skills and social competence

• Very good oral and written expression in German and French
