What this field of activity entails
People at the center. This applies at GRITT to everyone: residents, guests, as well as employees and relatives. The well-being and optimal care and support are the measure of your actions. Our care and support concepts are established. Your task is to continuously develop them with your teams and keep them up to date.
Responsibility at the highest management level. You lead the largest resort of GRITT, are a member of the center management, and deputy to the center director. Your voice counts from day one.
Balance as a leadership art. You maintain the care requirements of our residents in balance with the work wishes and ideas of our employees. Especially in today's job market, this is perhaps the most important task of all. Institution-wide, we train over 40 people, from basic training to further studies. This is how our future talent grows with us, and we cultivate a culture where people stay because they fit in with us.
Business understanding. Staffing plan, occupancy, and budget. No foreign word, no fright, but sometimes a puzzle that you enjoy solving.
Shaping the future. With the service and area planning "GRITT Campus," we are currently clarifying how we can create space for the further development of our offerings, including the expansion of our infrastructure. And we are actively driving the digital transformation of long-term care: We are on the move, developing purposefully, and are open to exciting, innovative solutions. You will write these chapters.
What you bring
A lighthouse personality. You provide orientation, even when there is fog around you. Calm, clear, and reliable. You say what needs to be said, even when it is uncomfortable.
Mastery in proximity and distance. Close to residents, relatives, and employees while being clear in balancing human closeness and business necessity.
Tertiary care training and leadership experience in a comparable institution: the foundation on which everything else is built.
