Your tasks
Needs- and resource-oriented, individual care and nursing in the key person system
Responsible for a contemporary care process
Analyzing complex care and nursing situations, initiating measures and evaluating them
Participation in the development of care quality and the living group
Deployment in early, late, and night shifts
Your profile
Training at the level of Dipl. Nurse HF or FH is a prerequisite!
High social competence, teamwork skills, flexibility, and resilience
Targeted, independent, and service-oriented working style
Very good oral and written German skills, understanding of Swiss German
Good PC user skills and, if possible, experience in electronic resident documentation (preferably RAI knowledge)
