For the further development of our ICT, we are looking for a reliable and solution-oriented personality. The goal of the position is to operationally support, further develop, and in the medium term take overall responsibility for the ICT of the happy-netz group.
Your area of responsibility
1st and 2nd level support for Windows, Microsoft 365, Office, and specialized applications
Administration of Microsoft 365, users, licenses, and permissions
Management of network, backup, and IT infrastructure together with external partners
Participation in IT projects, documentation, and process optimizations
Project management for IT certifications and external requirements
Training of employees in the use of Microsoft 365
Your backpack
Training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable practical experience
Experience in IT support and in the Microsoft environment
Knowledge of Windows 11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, and networks
Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
Enjoyment in contact with users
