Team Leader Nursing HF, FH, DN II, KWS, AKP 80 % - 100 % Spitex Oberthurgau

Requirements:

• Completed training as HF, DN2, AKP or equivalent vocational training

• 2 years of professional experience in nursing in Switzerland

• Leadership experience is an advantage or the willingness to complete leadership training

• Experience as a primary caregiver and in family work

• Networked thinking, high social competence, flexibility, and teamwork skills

• Commitment and joy in the profession

• Working hours Monday to Friday

• Resilience, communication skills, patience, and independence

• Good IT skills

• Good oral and written German skills

• Self-responsible and independent

• Customer-oriented, committed, flexible, loves challenges

• Driver's license (you will be traveling to our clients by car)

Responsibilities:

• Team leadership of about 15 employees from a professional, organizational, and personnel perspective

• Coaching, promoting, and qualifying the subordinate employees

• Advising and supporting the case managers

• Participation in daily planning (Perigon)

• Collaboration with team and department management as well as with nursing experts

• Ensuring professional and client-oriented care and support, based on the mission statement and care and support concept of Spitex Oberthurgau.

• Ensuring high care quality

• Actively participating in the team development process and taking on responsibility
